Wealthy Affiliate’s (WA) offer a fair exchange. They provide a a user-friendly experience with their structured and clear tutorials to enable the user to achieve a monetary goal. In return for use of the platform, tools, and training, the user promotes the WA program and earns a bonus commission in the process. It’s a win no matter how you shake it.
The WA portal and on-boarding process are easy to navigate and, if you found them via a referral link like I did, your portal host offers a warm welcome. The company founder also sends a welcoming email and though it is a standard blanket welcome, he does appear to personally reply to questions.
Although I’m not a total beginner, the step-by-step approach in the free introductory videos was a welcome refresher as well as a great start for a novice user with tutorials on niche selection, branding, and website building. You should note that the full suite of features only become available after the initial payment (you can pay monthly or annually). WA could be a valuable investment for anyone who is committed to advancing their skills in creating viable lucrative side hustle.
The tutorials range from choosing, creating and marketing your business to utilizing tools such as AI, SEO, and socials. The videos were applicable and easy to follow. The downsides, at least from my workspace, were the low volume and inability to cast the videos to the television for optimal viewing.
Prior to signing up for WA, I took the time to review other affiliate marketing programs. WA price point is in line with other paid services, plus it has a monthly pay option. The Hub is user friendly and the community users are beyond helpful.
Kyle Loudoun and Carson Lim created WA in 2005. Per their bio’s, they support both aspiring and experienced affiliate marketers and Internet entrepreneurs. They are both active on the site and teach many of the modules.
The training and community they’ve created is a living entity that attempts to give regular folks the ability to leverage the Internet to create a sustainable income. This endeavor is supported by membership fees and recruitment, a small price for the support structure.
There are three membership ties: Starter, Premium, and Premium Plus+. Each tier offers a slightly enhanced package over the previous tier. As a starter member, it appears that access to all features are available, just on a limited basis. It remains to be seen if upgrading is necessary to reach the full potential of income desired.
Wealthy Affiliates provides a user-friendly experience with its structured and clear tutorials. The step-by-step approach in the free introductory videos is a great way for beginners to get started with niche selection, branding, and website building. It is wise to note that the full suite of features become available after the initial payment (you can pay monthly or annually) and this could be a valuable investment for those committed to advancing their skills. The only downside is that the videos have a super low volume and will not cast to the television for an optimal viewing experience. Despite that one drawback, thus far I highly recommend Wealthy Affiliates based on my personal interaction inside their hub and research into similar programs, including both free and paid platforms.
